Cornerstone
Cornerstones are photographed and 3D-scanned, then carved at life-size into limestone, the bedrock of our city and the land we honor.
Together, 512 carved portraits form a permanent record of some of the many people who have made this city what it is.
As the southeast facade of the Austin Convention Center and positioned along the Waterloo Greenway, this sculpture will be an integrated landmark of our downtown.
